Job summary

Dr. Beckmann Group in Milan is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Administration specialist to manage Italian orders, maintain data, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure prompt responses.

You will process orders in SAP, update customer data, support invoicing, and monitor KPIs while helping improve SOPs through cross-team collaboration. Fluency in English and Italian, plus a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, are required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales administration or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with order processing, invoicing and customer coordination.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders: Enter, check and update orders in SAP, including changes, cancellations and postponements.
• Maintain commercial data: Set up and update customer-specific products, prices, discounts, terms and dates.
• Keep customer data accurate: Maintain customer master data and order information in SAP.
• Be the customer’s go-to contact: Respond to day-to-day questions about orders, changes and delivery dates.
• Coordinate deliveries: Follow up on delays and changes with Demand & Supply/SOP.
• Manage claims and complaints: Register issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Support Sales: Assist Key Account Managers with customer administration and reporting.
• Support invoicing and receivables: Resolve invoice discrepancies with Finance.
• Monitor service performance: Track KPIs like response times and order accuracy.
