Fedrigoni SpA is seeking a Customer Support Specialist based in Milan to join the Customer Care team. You will contribute to achieving sales targets by delivering excellent service to Italian clients and supporting the Sales Agents in managing customer requests.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Italian with good English. SAP experience is a plus and the department focuses on creating outstanding customer experiences in the Italian

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or Commercial Back Office roles (B2B).
• Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Mansioni

• Process sales orders in SAP from entry to dispatch.
• Enter requests for quotes for customized products in the ERP.
• Handle sample requests in the ERP.
• Coordinate shipments, track orders to delivery, resolve post-sale shipping issues.
