Lineage in Italy is seeking a Business Development Manager for cold store warehousing. The hybrid role combines tactical sales with strategic development of new business opportunities, including expanding existing accounts.

You will report to the Director of Business Development and work from the Gattatico office several days per week. Key responsibilities include consultative selling, developing new business, handling tenders, and building long-term partnerships across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales experience with proven new business generation.
• Knowledge of cold store warehousing is highly beneficial.
• Experience working to targets in a structured environment.
• Proven ability to build and convert a sales pipeline.
• Broader European logistics experience is essential.
• Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling focused on cold store warehouses.
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts.
• Manage inbound inquiries and formal tenders.
• Create tailored proposals for customer requirements.
• Build long-term partnerships with both new and existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
