Page Executive Italy seeks a seasoned Sales Director to lead the commercial function across Italy and export markets. You will define strategy, build and manage sales teams, and drive revenue growth while strengthening the Group’s international footprint.

The ideal candidate has a ten-year track record in B2B industrial leadership, fluent English, and a proven ability to negotiate major contracts with distributors and key customers, while steering the budget and growth initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least ten years of experience in Sales Director or senior commercial leadership roles within B2B industrial environments.
• Proven track record in managing international businesses and leading structured sales organisations.
• Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth.

Mansioni

• Define and implement the commercial strategy across domestic and international markets.
• Lead and develop the sales organisations dedicated to the Italian and Export markets.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets and effective management of the commercial budget.
• Develop strategic relationships with key customers, distributors and international partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels and growth markets.
