WW Talents is recruiting an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Athens, Greece. You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with full training and a comprehensive relocation package included.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) with English B2+ for training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with empathy and problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts in an international environment.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions; troubleshoot issues.
• Handle requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Adhere to established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand platform features and available options.
