Italian Speakers | Customer Support, Content Moderation & Operations in Lisbon are available for applicants who are fluent in Italian. The role involves supporting customers via phone, email and chat, moderating content, and handling various operations across projects in Lisbon.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and prior experience in customer service or related fields. Relocation assistance and a multicultural work environment are offered.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1-C2) required.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, content moderation, sales or operations is a plus.
