WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an onsite team in Athens, Greece. You will support customers in Italian across phone, email, and chat, with training provided and full relocation support for EU-based candidates.

Schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours daily with rotating shifts. Compensation includes €1,100 gross/month x14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 15% and fully paid training. This is an international, multicultural workplace.

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts

• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
