WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an onsite team in Athens, Greece. You will handle Italian inquiries via phone, email, and chat, contribute to a positive customer experience, and participate in a fully paid training program.

The role requires fluent Italian and good English, with rotating shifts in a fast-paced international environment. Training is provided, and relocation support is offered to EU candidates.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
