Ww Talents in Athens, Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, on-site team and provide support via phone, email and chat.

The role includes 5 days a week, 8 hours per day with rotating shifts, paid training, relocation assistance and a compensation package of €1,100 gross per month across 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 15%.

English B2+ for training and strong communication are required.

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
