WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Athens, Greece. The role offers paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support.

You will provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries and handling incidents in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. No previous experience is required.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian to C1/C2 level.
• English requirement for training and internal communication (B2+).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible and comfortable with rotating shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team.
• No previous experience required – full paid training provided.
