WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service in Italian from an on-site location in Greece. The role includes training, relocation support, and a chance to grow within an international team.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and document interactions in the CRM. Prior support experience is welcome but not required, with full paid training provided.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English at least B2+.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
