WW Talents is hiring for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Greece. If you are fluent in Italian and enjoy helping customers, you will join an international, multicultural team.

The role offers paid training, relocation support, and a competitive salary. Training starts day one, with 5 days per week and rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00 to cover a diverse schedule.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal comms
• Previous experience in Customer Support or related roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team
• No previous experience required – full paid training provided

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
