No prior experience is required as full paid training is provided; relocation support is available for EU movers, with a competitive salary package and growth opportunities in a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) required for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications.

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
