WW Talents in Greece seeks an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, multicultural team onsite in Greece. If you are fluent in Italian and enjoy helping customers via phone, email and chat, this role offers full paid training and relocation support.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and document interactions in CRM while contributing to high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.
• Follow established standards and procedures.
