WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team onsite in Greece. You will provide top-notch support in Italian via phone, email and chat, helping customers with inquiries and issues while delivering a positive experience.

No prior experience is required—full paid training is provided, with relocation support for EU applicants and a competitive salary package in a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No previous experience required; full paid training provided.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
