WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, multicultural team onsite. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email and chat, and help customers with platform, product and service questions.

Great communication is essential; English is required for training. Relocation support is provided for EU entrants, with paid training from day one and a bonus potential of up to 10%.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• No prior experience required – full paid training is provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
