WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Greece. You will handle customer inquiries in Italian and English, participate in a paid training program, and benefit from full relocation support if needed.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English for training and internal communication (B2+).
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus, not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve account-related inquiries and questions.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
