WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join its international team in Greece, working onsite. You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat while ensuring a high standard of customer care and effective problem resolution.

Relocation support is offered for EU applicants, with full paid training from day one and a monthly salary of €1,100 with potential up to a 10% performance bonus.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and good English for training/communication.
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions; troubleshoot issues.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow quality and productivity standards and familiarize customers with features.
