WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will communicate in Italian and English, assist customers via phone, email, and chat, and deliver excellent service.

The role offers fully paid training, relocation support for EU residents, a competitive salary and a 10% performance bonus. Rotational shifts 08:00–00:00, five days a week in a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support or similar roles is a plus.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
