WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

The position offers paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support for EU residents. English proficiency is required for training and internal communications.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level (Italian language proficiency)
• English at least B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support or similar is a plus (not required)

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems
• Follow quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and features
