WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Athens, Greece. The role offers full relocation support and paid training to help you settle in and start contributing quickly.

You will provide Italian-language support via phone, email and chat, work with a diverse, multicultural team, and participate in a comprehensive training program to ensure high-quality service.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions; troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
