WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team onsite in Athens, Greece. You will handle Italian communications via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and guiding customers through the platform.

You will receive paid training, a competitive compensation package with 14 monthly salaries, and full relocation support including flight tickets within the EU, airport pickup, hotel accommodation, and real estate agency assistance.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible with rotating shifts.
• No previous experience required – full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
