Responsibilities include providing Italian-language customer support via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Training starts from day one with no recruitment fees.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• English (B2+) for training and internal comms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications
• Good data entry accuracy
• Ability to work independently in remote environment
• Flexible with rotational shifts
• Experience working in international, multicultural teams
