TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking passionate Player Support Specialists to join our Sofia office. You’ll work in a dynamic environment with 24/7 rotating shifts, providing exceptional support to players via tickets and chat, and collaborating with a team of gamers to deliver a player-first experience.

Italian language fluency and strong English communication are required. A background in Player Support and gaming experience are considered advantages.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
• Understanding of Player Support.
• Gaming experience is an advantage.
• Desire to help players and contribute to the team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Help players with issues via tickets and chat.
• Provide a player-centric support experience.
• Identify trending issues and bugs and report to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with a gaming-focused team to deliver player-to-player support.
