Job summary

Brambles, a global leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in a hybrid remote role. You will generate new business, run outbound campaigns, and use digital tools to build a strong pipeline, while collaborating with Field Sales to close opportunities.

You must have at least 3 years in Inside Sales, native Italian and fluent English, and experience with Salesforce CRM. Remote/hybrid setup allows international collaboration with a global team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in Inside Sales in a multinational environment.
• Native Italian and fluent English required for business interactions.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Manage sales campaigns and digital lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain pipelines using Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Sales teams to support growth.
• Manage inbound leads from phone and website inquiries.
