Job summary

CHEP is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and collaboration with Field Sales. The role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline and converting prospects into customers in an international environment.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years in Inside Sales, strong prospecting and communication skills, and experience with Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Inside Sales experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Native-level Italian and fluent English required
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling
• Manage sales campaigns and digital lead generation activities
• Build and maintain pipelines using Salesforce CRM
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate sales opportunities
• Collaborate with Field Sales teams and support business growth
• Manage inbound leads from phone and website enquiries
