Job summary

BizAway is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (Italian speaking) to fuel growth in the Italian market. You will research prospects, run outbound campaigns by email and phone, and present our travel management solution to office managers, travel managers, and HR directors.

Qualifications

• Native level of Italian and good level of English.
• At least 1 year in a similar role or a degree in Business/Marketing/Tourism.
• Eagerness to take on challenges and raise the bar daily.
• Proactive in proposing value-creating solutions and comfortable with change.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect for new clients in the Italian market.
• Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints.
• Present our solution to Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.
• Proactively propose actions to improve the sales process and growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales Executive and the team in a feedback loop.
