Job summary

Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a bilingual Italian-speaking customer support specialist to join an international team on-site. You will troubleshoot, assist Italian-speaking clients by phone and email, handle order follow-ups, minor repairs, and customer queries using three support systems, with a growth path in international customer care and technical diagnostics.

Work hours are 08:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday with a rotational day off, and a daily food allowance plus

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (written & spoken) required.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) required.
• Strong problem-solving and tech adaptability.
• Customer-focused attitude; cross-selling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and technical diagnostics.
