Job summary

Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Agent fluent in Italian and English to assist clients by phone and email, perform initial troubleshooting, and provide accurate diagnostics.

This 100% on-site role offers a busy, multinational environment and daily food allowance plus a performance bonus, with work from 08:00 to 18:00, Mon–Sat (rotational day off). Start date: 24th Sep, 2026; cross-selling experience is a plus.
