Velenosi&Meredith is hiring a bilingual technical support specialist to serve Italian-speaking customers from Lisbon, Portugal. On-site role joining an international team.

You will troubleshoot, handle orders and follow-ups, and use three support systems to resolve queries. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with strong problem-solving and customer focus.

• Strong problem-solving and tech adaptability.
• Customer-focused attitude; cross-selling experience is a plus.
