Job summary

Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Italian-English speaking customer support specialist to join an international team. You will assist Italian-speaking clients by phone and email, perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics, and handle order follow-ups and minor repairs using three support systems.

The role is 100% on-site with a rotating day off, supporting a busy multinational client base.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and tech adaptability.
• Customer-focused attitude; cross-selling experience is a plus.
