Job summary

Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support agent to assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email, providing initial troubleshooting and diagnostics on devices.

You will work on-site 08:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Mon-Sat with a rotational day off and Sundays off, gaining international experience in customer care and technical support. Start date is 24th Sep, 2026.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and tech adaptability.
• Customer-focused attitude; cross-selling is a plus.
