WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Athens onsite team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You will handle Italian inquiries via phone, email and chat and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role includes fully paid training, a 14-pay salary with €1,100 gross per month, and a complete relocation package (EU flight, airport pickup, hotel). English is required for training and internal communication.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
