WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Athens, Greece. The role offers paid training, a full relocation package, and a competitive salary, with a 14-salary structure.

You will respond to Italian inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, document interactions in CRM, and maintain high customer satisfaction as part of a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2+ level for training and internal communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• No previous experience required; full paid training provided.
• Willing to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced, international team.

Mansioni

• Provide Italian customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries and account issues.
• Assist with platform, product, and service questions; troubleshoot.
• Handle requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Document interactions in CRM and internal systems.
