Job summary

WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece.

Join an international team, receive full relocation support, training, and a competitive package with a monthly gross salary of €1,100 x 14 salaries plus a performance bonus up to 15%.

Work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, with rotating shifts. English knowledge helpful for training and internal comms.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to work rotating shifts

• No previous experience required; paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
