Job summary

WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Athens, Greece. You will provide Italian support via phone, email and chat, responding to inquiries and solving account-related questions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will receive fully paid training with relocation support, a competitive salary structure (€1,100 gross/month, 14 salaries) and a performance bonus up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
