WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our onsite team in Athens, Greece. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, and participate in paid training with relocation support.

This role offers rotating shifts, a monthly gross salary of €1,045.72 with 14 salaries and a performance bonus up to 10%. No prior experience required; relocation package provided to EU relocations.

Formación

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.
• No previous experience required; paid training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
