The CUSTOMER SERVICE role requires native or advanced Italian language skills and a solid command of English in a fast-paced, international environment. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat while ensuring a smooth customer journey and high satisfaction.

The position offers accommodation in Lisbon and relocation support for rotating shifts. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive problem solvers with EU work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Italian native or advanced level (C2/C1)
• Good level of English (B2 or above)
• Problem solver in fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Available to work on rotating shifts
• EU right to work (EU citizen, EU passport, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support over phone, email and chat
• Be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent customer experience
• Assist customers with questions and information
• Help customers with issues to ensure prompt resolution
