WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Athens, Greece, onsite. The role offers paid training, a competitive compensation package, and full relocation support including flight, hotel, and housing assistance.

Shift work is 5 days a week, 8 hours per day with rotating schedules. Responsibilities include handling Italian customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolving issues, and documenting interactions in CRM.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• English at least B2+ for training and communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Handle inquiries professionally with accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.
• Flexible for rotating shifts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, international team.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
