Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking Italian-speaking customer support professionals for a fully remote role based in Greece with relocation support.

You will provide Italian-language assistance via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries, troubleshoot, and document interactions while upholding quality standards. Training is paid and the salary package includes up to 15% performance bonus, with 14 monthly payments and relocation coverage.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
