FH Collective Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support specialist for a fully remote role based in Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, with relocation support and paid training to ensure a smooth start.

Role requires English B2+ for training and internal communication, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Rotational shifts are part of the schedule.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
