FH Collective Academy offers a fully remote customer support role operating from Greece with relocation support. The position requires Italian fluency (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and internal communication. You will join a fast-paced, multinational team and provide high-quality help via multiple channels.

In this role, expect rotation shifts, onboarding training from day one, and a competitive compensation package with performance bonuses plus full relocation assistance.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
