FH Collective Academy offers a fully remote customer support role based in Greece, with relocation assistance and paid training. You will support Italian-speaking customers across multiple channels, navigate CRM tools, and collaborate with a multicultural team.

The position requires Italian fluency (C1/C2) and English for training, with shifts across a 08:00–00:00 window. Relocation benefits include flight, hotel, airport pickup, and real estate fee coverage.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with products, services, and platform features.
• Document interactions accurately and follow quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
