FH Collective Academy offers a fully remote role based in Greece with a comprehensive relocation package. You will support Italian-speaking customers from anywhere in Greece, with paid training and a competitive salary as part of an international, fast-paced team.

The position includes 5-day work weeks, 8-hour shifts, and rotation between 08:00–00:00, plus a performance bonus up to 15% and full relocation support from day one.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2+ level for training and internal communication.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
