FH Collective Academy offers a fully remote customer support role based in Greece with a comprehensive relocation package. You will handle Italian-language inquiries, provide product and platform assistance, and maintain high customer satisfaction while working 5 days a week in rotating shifts.

Ideal candidates are native-level Italian speakers with strong English, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a remote, multilingual team environment.

This is a fully remote role within Greece, with a full relocation package provided.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:
