Job summary

Bachecalavoro seleziona un operatore di supporto clienti per lavorare completamente da remoto in Grecia, con pacchetto di relocation e formazione pagata fin dal Day One.

Il ruolo richiede italiano a livello avanzato (C1/C2) e inglese B2+ per training e comunicazione interna. Orario 5 giorni/settimana, 8 ore/giorno, con turni 08:00-00:00 e bonus fino al 15% in base agli obiettivi.

Qualifications

• Fluenza in italiano (livello C1/C2) richiesto.
• Buona padronanza dell’inglese (B2+) per training e comunicazione interna.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente.
• Conoscenza di strumenti CRM e gestione di più applicazioni.

Responsibilities

• Fornire supporto ai clienti in italiano via telefono, email e chat.
• Gestire richieste e richieste legate all’account.
• Risolvere problemi e fornire soluzioni efficaci.
• Assistere i clienti con prodotti, servizi e funzionalità della piattaforma.
• Documentare con precisione le interazioni e mantenere alti standard di qualità.
• Assicurare un elevato livello di soddisfazione del cliente.

Job Details

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one
Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with products, services, and platform features.
• Document interactions accurately and follow quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
