Bachecalavoro seeks Italian-speaking customer support agents for a fully remote role based in Greece, with complete relocation support. You will assist customers by phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries and troubleshooting while maintaining high satisfaction.

The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+), with training and fast-paced teamwork across borders. Relocation covers flights, hotel, airport pickup, and housing fees.

Job Details
Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
