Job summary

Career Nest Academy is seeking a fully remote Italian-speaking customer support specialist based in Greece with a complete relocation package. Earn €1,045 gross per month for 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 15% and full training from day one.

Work 5 days a week, 8 hours daily, with rotational shifts. Provide Italian support via phone, email, and chat, and help customers with products and platform features while maintaining high satisfaction in a fast-paced, international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer support or a service role is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, international team.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
