Career Nest Academy is hiring for a fully remote customer support role based in Greece. You will work from anywhere in Greece with full relocation support, including flight, hotel, and real estate assistance, and will receive paid training from day one.

The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and internal communication, with shifts across 08:00–00:00 and a 5-day workweek in a multinational team environment.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
