WW Talents cerca un/una operatore/trice di supporto clienti per fornire assistenza in italiano tramite telefono, email e chat. Il ruolo è completamente remoto dalla Grecia, con relocation e avvicinamento al mercato internazionale.

Viene offerta formazione a pagamento sin dal primo giorno, stipendio competitivo e bonus fino al 15% legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Si richiede fluente italiano e buone capacità comunicative, con disponibilità a orari rotativi.

Responsibilities

• Documentare le interazioni con precisione e rispettare gli standard di qualità.

Job Details
Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
WorkingSchedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+Compensation:€1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries +Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement +Fully paid training from day one
Relocation Package:Flight ticket +2 weeks of hotel accommodation+Airport pickup +Real estate agency fee covered

You will:

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with products, services, and platform features.
• Document interactions accurately and follow quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
